BŌSA MX BUCERÍAS, S. DE R.L. (“BŌSA”), domiciled at Lázaro Cárdenas número 86 local 23, Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data it collects from you, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (the “Law”) and its Regulations.

For the purposes indicated in this Notice, BŌSA may collect the following personal data:

  1. Identification data: full name, address, telephone, email, RFC, CURP, nationality, age, signature, and official identification.
  1. Employment and asset data: occupation, income, credit history, banking information, and proof of resources or ownership.
  1. Contact details and preferences: information of interest on developments, properties, prices, quotes and real estate projects.
  1. Tax and registry data: information required for the preparation of contracts for the sale, lease or provision of services.

BŌSA does not solicit or process sensitive personal data. If strictly necessary, the express written consent of the owner will be obtained.
